Goal: Install the foundation so every other stage works.

This stage is intensive — because it must be.

Most programs meet once a week.
AIMM Academy does not operate at that speed.
You have too much to learn and too much to fix.

Expect 8–10 hours per week with your coach.

Jobs priced with intent and clear profit targets.

The 8-Step Sales System

You will:

  • Define every step of the sales process
  • Build scripts and talk tracks
  • Use a visual proposal structure
  • Track close rate, job size, and cycle time

Outcome:
A professional, repeatable sales system anyone can run.

Money Management (The 5 Vital Numbers)

You will learn the 5 Vital Numbers that control your entire company:

  1. Gross Income
  2. Cost of Goods Sold
  3. Gross Profit
  4. Overhead
  5. Net Profit

You will build:

  • A simple financial plan
  • Gross profit targets
  • A monthly review rhythm

How to Manage a Crew

You will install:

Training & Apprenticeships

CRUISE (READINESS-BASED)

Company Management & 21 Vital Functions

You will:

  • Map the 21 functions of your business
  • Assign ownership to each function
  • Build your current and future org chart
  • Install weekly and monthly management rhythms

Outcome:
Work gets done consistently even when you’re not present.

Leadership & The Game Maker

You will learn to:

  • Shift from firefighter to architect
  • Establish leadership standards
  • Time-block “owner work”
  • Run effective 1:1s, team meetings, and reviews
  • Build a 12–24 month leadership plan

Outcome:
You become the Game Maker designing the company, not stuck inside it.

Final Stage

PARTNER STAGE (INVITATION-ONLY)

For a small number of contractors who complete the core stages and demonstrate strong, stable performance, AIMM Academy may extend an invitation into the Partner Stage.

This stage is focused on:

  • Deeper strategic collaboration
  • Long-term value creation
  • Potential partnership opportunities between your company and the broader AIMM ecosystem

This stage is not required to see full value from the program, it is an advanced path for select, aligned contractors.
