ABOUT
AIMM ACADEMY
What exactly is AIMM Academy?
AIMM Academy is a contractor operating system built from the real systems that scaled Pacific Outdoor Living from roughly $1M to a $35M design-build company in Los Angeles.
It combines:
- A multi-stage implementation path (Ignite, Launch, Accelerate, Cruise)
- The AIMM System (Am I Making Any Money?)
- Tools, templates, and workflows
- Coaching, peer groups, and accountability
The goal is to move you from tradesman to true entrepreneur with a company that can scale, make money, and eventually run without you.
How is AIMM Academy different from a seminar or online course?
AIMM Academy is not:
- A weekend seminar
- A one-time workshop
- A passive online course you never finish
It is a guided operating system that you install over time:
- Weekly working sessions, not one-off events
- Tools configured for your company
- A multi-stage path (Ignite → Launch → Accelerate → Cruise)
Real implementation, not just information
Who is AIMM Academy for?
AIMM Academy is for serious contractors who:
- Are tired of running everything themselves
- Are typically in the $1–$3M+ revenue range (or pushing past their current ceiling)
- Want a business that can grow beyond them
- Are willing to implement systems, not just consume ideas
It is not for owners looking for quick tips, shortcuts, or motivational hype without real implementation.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE & TIMING
How is the program structured?
The program follows a structured multi-stage path:
- Stage 1 — Ignite (Month 1): Onboarding & Operating System Setup
- Stage 2 — Launch (Months 2–6): Pipeline, Pricing & Profit
- Stage 3 — Accelerate (Readiness-Based): Production & People
- Stage 4 — Cruise (Readiness-Based): Structure & Leadership
- Final Stage — Partner Stage (Invitation-Only): Long-term strategic partnerships (for select contractors)
Your starting point and pacing are determined through the Contractor Assessment.
How long does the program take?
Most contractors work within a 12–24 month window, depending on:
- Company size
- Complexity of services
- Speed of implementation
- How aggressively you want to grow
Ignite is typically 1 month.
Launch usually runs Months 2–6.
Accelerate and Cruise are readiness-based and depend on your progress.
How much time should I expect to commit each week?
During Ignite (Month 1), plan for:
- Approximately 8–10 hours per week with your coach and implementation tasks.
After Ignite, time requirements usually decrease, but you should still expect:
- Regular working sessions
Time to implement changes in hiring, pricing, production, and leadership
TOOLS & IMPLEMENTATION
What tools are included or supported?
AIMM Academy works with a set of core tools, which can include:
- AIMM System — estimating, profit tracking, job costing
- AIMM LeadFlow CRM — lead capture, follow-up, pipeline management
- Field time tracking & reporting tools — crew and labor tracking
- Accounting platforms — such as QuickBooks Online
- File/document systems — such as Google Drive for SOPs and structure
We ensure these tools work together so your data flows:
Leads → Estimates → Sales → Jobs → Labor → Dollars → Profit
Do I need to switch my accounting software or CRM to join?
Not necessarily.
- If your current tools can be integrated and structured to support the operating system, we will work with what you have.
- If your tools are a barrier, we may recommend moving to specific platforms that are proven to work with the AIMM approach.
The goal is clarity and control, not forcing unnecessary change.
Is this all online, or is there in-person training?
The core AIMM Academy Program is delivered primarily through:
- Online meetings (coaching and working sessions)
- Online training modules and tools
- Digital templates, checklists, and scorecards
From time to time, there may be optional live events or workshops, but they are not required to get full value from the program.
MONEY, COST, AND RISK
How much does AIMM Academy cost?
There are three main financial components:
- Discovery Call — Free
A 30-minute, no-obligation conversation to see if there’s a fit. - Contractor Assessment — Paid (currently $500, subject to change)
A structured deep dive into your business that produces a 6-month roadmap. - AIMM Academy Program — Custom Pricing
Program investment depends on your revenue, complexity, and desired pace.
We discuss this openly after your Contractor Assessment, once we understand what you actually need.
We do not publish a one-size-fits-all program price because companies differ drastically in size and scope.
Do you guarantee results?
No.
AIMM Academy provides:
- A proven operating system
- Tools, coaching, and accountability
- Real-world systems developed in a $35M design-build company
However, your results depend on:
- Your implementation
- Your market
- Your pricing, leadership, and decisions
We do not guarantee a specific revenue, profit, or outcome.
How do I know if this investment will be worth it?
If you are:
- Pricing work without clear profit targets
- Guessing at your numbers
- Losing money on jobs you thought were profitable
- Stuck in the $1–$3M range with no clear path out
Then even a modest improvement in estimating, profit control, and structure can have a substantial financial impact.
Many contractors find that proper pricing and one or two well-structured projects can offset a large portion of their program investment — but again, this is not a guarantee, just a realistic possibility when implemented correctly.
