Ignite: Onboarding & Operating System Setup
Goal: Install the foundation so every other stage works.
Ignite is where your tools, systems, data, baselines, workflows, and early wins are installed.
This stage is intensive — because it must be.
Most programs meet once a week.
AIMM Academy does not operate at that speed.
You have too much to learn and too much to fix.
Expect 8–10 hours per week with your coach.
Doing this slowly over 12–24 weeks would destroy your momentum.

The 8-Step Sales System
You will:
- Define every step of the sales process
- Build scripts and talk tracks
- Use a visual proposal structure
- Track close rate, job size, and cycle time

Money Management (The 5 Vital Numbers)
You will learn the 5 Vital Numbers that control your entire company:

Leadership & The Game Maker
You will learn to:
- Shift from firefighter to architect
- Establish leadership standards

- Run effective 1:1s, team meetings, and reviews
- Build a 12–24 month leadership plan
Outcome:
You become the Game Maker designing the company, not stuck inside it.
Final Stage
PARTNER STAGE (INVITATION-ONLY)
For a small number of contractors who complete the core stages and demonstrate strong, stable performance, AIMM Academy may extend an invitation into the Partner Stage.
This stage is focused on:

- Long-term value creation
- Potential partnership opportunities between your company and the broader AIMM ecosystem
This stage is not required to see full value from the program, it is an advanced path for select, aligned contractors.
